Job Overview :
VocoVision is looking for a licensed and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to conduct virtual services to K-12 students across Washington State. As an independent contractor, youll have the flexibility to work remotely while delivering impactful therapy sessions through VocoVisions state-of-the-art teletherapy platform. This is a unique opportunity to help Washington students overcome communication barriers and reach their full potential, regardless of their location.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students' speech and language needs in compliance with Washington State education standards.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to meet IEP goals.
• Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions using VocoVisions secure teletherapy platform.
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and school staff to support student success.
• Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to therapy strategies as needed.
• Participate in virtual IEP meetings and provide expert insights aligned with Washington State regulations.

Qualifications :

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Current Washington State SLP license.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Previous experience in a school-based setting or knowledge of Washingtons educational standards (preferred).
• Strong technical skills and ability to adapt to virtual platforms.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
