• Provide individualized and group-based OT services tailored to student needs

• Address areas including fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and functional school participation

• Develop and implement therapy goals in alignment with IEPs

• Work collaboratively with educators and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent student support

• Offer guidance and training to staff for integrating OT strategies into the classroom

• Maintain timely, accurate documentation that complies with school and state standards
