Sunbelt Staffing is proud to partner with a student-centered school district near Hillsborough, California, in search of a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, school-based role for the 20252026 academic year . This rewarding opportunity allows you to make a meaningful difference by helping students overcome communication challenges that impact their academic growth and confidence.

Whether you're an experienced SLP or beginning your journey in school-based therapy, youll join a collaborative, team-oriented environment that values professional development and student-focused care.

• Provide full-time speech and language services to K12 students

• Support students with a variety of communication needs, including articulation, fluency, expressive/receptive language, and voice

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams to ensure personalized student care

• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain progress documentation

• Deliver in-person services at a school site near Hillsborough, CA

• Caseload and school assignment details will be reviewed during the interview

• Active (or eligible) California SLP or SLPA license

• Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills

• A commitment to enhancing students academic and social success

• School-based experience preferred, but not required
