Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a part-time, school-based position near Crystal Lake, Illinois for the 20252026 school year .

Position Details:

• Location: Near Crystal Lake, IL

• Schedule: 15 hours per week (flexible scheduling)

• School Year: 20252026

• Setting: Onsite

• Grade Levels: K12

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students with various needs in accordance with IEPs

• Conduct evaluations, write reports, and participate in IEP meetings

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote student progress

• Maintain documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Occupational Therapy License

• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills
