Position Highlights

* Full-time permanent Acute Care position at a large Community Hospital

* Float between Acute Care and Outpatient

* Diverse caseload, including Med-Surg, Ortho, Neuro, Oncology, Renal, Cardiopulmonary, and ICU

* The outpatient population includes Ortho, Musculoskeletal, Neuro, General, Vestibular, Balance, Parkinson's, etc.

* Focus on patient care with a manageable 75% productivity expectation

* Comprehensive formal onboarding program with 1:1 mentorship from experienced PTs

Compensation & Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate based on experience with $3/hr cert differentials

* $15,000 Sign-on

* $10,000 Relocation assistance

Work across various units, including the ICU, while gaining cross-training in Inpatient Rehab.
