Occupational Therapist / OT

Prestige Care Center at Fairfield is actively seeking to hire a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility!

Key Responsibilities:

+ Plan, develop, implement, evaluate, and direct OT services, following physicians orders and AOTA/state guidelines

+ Coordinate therapy programs, document, bill, and code appropriately

+ Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning

+ Maintain therapy equipment and workspace hygiene

+ Monitor and report key performance indicators; supervise therapy assistants

+ Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff

Requirements:

+ Valid, unrestricted OT license for Iowa

+ Meets educational licensure requirements

+ Knowledgeable about skilled nursing regulations in longterm care
