School-Based SLP Openings Indianapolis, IN Area
Soliant Health is seeking two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists for a school district near Indianapolis, Indiana. These onsite roles are available for the upcoming school year and involve working with a diverse student population. The positions include collaboration with another SLP and shared responsibility for a caseload of approximately 50 to 70 students, including support for nonverbal life skills students. Each role will be split between a high school and a middle school campus.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify communication needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with another SLP and supporting staff to manage caseload
Work with nonverbal and life skills students in a supportive, team-oriented environment
Split time between middle and high school locations as assigned
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Indiana SLP license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
ASHA certification (CCC) preferred; CFs may be considered based on experience
Experience with school-aged and special needs populations is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively across school sites and teams
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
