Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Position Overview You'll work with students from elementary through high school levels, providing individualized treatment through our state-of-the-art teletherapy platform. Student Demographics & Services Elementary focus with mixed-age therapeutic groups
Middle school articulation and language intervention
High school social communication and transition support
Caseload of 45-50 students with varied communication disorders
Students with speech sound disorders, language delays, and fluency challenges
Autism spectrum support and augmentative communication needs
Core Responsibilities Comprehensive speech and language evaluations
Individual and group therapy session delivery
IEP development and goal implementation
Progress monitoring and data collection
Collaborative consultation with educational teams
Parent training and home program development
Documentation and compliance management
Essential Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Active Ohio speech-language pathology license
Minimum 2 years of school-based experience
Virtual therapy experience strongly preferred
Excellent technology skills and platform adaptability
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
