Speech Language Pathologist for Skilled Nursing Facility. Job Duties include but are not limited to: Evaluations, Progress Notes, and Discharges. Clinical coaching and development of supervised clinical staff. Clinical development and oversight of both Skilled and Long Term Care residents. Documentation System: Rehab Optima and Point Click Care (Knowledge/Familiarity preferred) Qualifications: Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist for Nebraska
