A healthcare organization in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with experience in home health, healthcare, and school settings. This contract position is available for the entire school year (NSY) and focuses on providing skilled OT services to children and adults. The ideal candidate will demonstrate both fine and gross motor skills expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients in home health and educational environments
• Implement OT interventions to improve fine and gross motor skills, enhance daily living activities, and promote patient independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare professionals, to support patient progress and goals
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational guidelines

Qualifications:
