Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our growing team in Dallas, GA. The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. You will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their communication skills and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  
  
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results
  
  
• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions to patients of varying ages
  
  
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for each patient
  
  
• Provide education and training to family members and staff as needed
  
  

Requirements:

• Valid state license and ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
  
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
  
• Experience with pediatric or adult populations preferred
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
