Position: Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant
Location: 1705 Warren Avenue
Schedule: Days/Early Evenings, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Exceptional Care: Deliver physical therapy treatments in accordance with the plan of care established by the physical therapist. Recommend changes based on patient condition and response to treatment.
- Maintain Order: Keep work areas neat and orderly, and direct therapy volunteers.
- Clerical Duties: Perform necessary clerical responsibilities as required by the facility.
- Patient Transport: Safely and professionally transport patients using prescribed transport vehicles.

Qualifications:
- Previous PTA experience in an outpatient facility is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to implement treatment programs effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Graduate of a Physical Therapist Assistant program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association with an associates degree as a physical therapist assistant.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Physical Therapist Assistant OR Physical Therapist Assistant Indirect Supervision
- Act 33 with renewal
- Act 34 with renewal
- Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
