Overview:
Due to growth, Physicians Rehab Solution is now hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for an Outpatient Orthopedics position at Orthopedic Associates of SW Ohio in Dayton, OH. Full-time is preferred, up to 40 hours per week are available. Part-time and PRN candidates will also be considered.
The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills.
New grad Physical Therapist Assistants will be supported and mentored.
Caseload / Patient Population:
The Physical Therapist Assistant hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload. Bring your passion and specialty to join the winning team!
Full-time PTAs should expect to treat an average of 11 patients per day.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this full-time position will start in the ballpark of $25 per hour and increases depending on experience and qualifications. Bonus opportunities are also available.
Physicians Rehab Solution offers benefits including Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401(k), PTO, Life Insurance, and Continuing Education.
Work Schedule:
The clinic is open Monday-Friday: 7 am - 5 pm. Flexible schedules are available based on the needs of the clinician hired. No weekends. No holidays!

Job Requirements:
Eligible for OH state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Prior outpatient ortho experience is preferred.
