Develop and provide oversight of new programs to improve access and quality of care for Veterans. Provides oriention/training of medical staff/trainees. Ensures a dynamic training and supervision of students, trainees, and fellows, providing feedback on progress toward established educional goals. Develops, organizes, directs, manages, supervises, controls, and implements policies and procedures in focused clinical programs.
