Compensation: $40$50/hour (based on experience)
Openings: 4 Total (2 in Beaufort, 2 in Bluffton)

Job Description:

Soliant is seeking four dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a supportive school district team in Beaufort County, South Carolina . This is a full-time, onsite position for the 20252026 school year. Candidates will be serving students in either Beaufort or Bluffton , providing direct therapy services, conducting evaluations, and collaborating with teachers and staff to support student success.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to K-12 students

• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports

• Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with the special education team

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines

• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Active South Carolina SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

• ASHA CCCs preferred, but CFs with strong school experience are welcome to apply

• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
