Teletherapy Occupational Therapist Join Our Wisconsin Student Support Team

Position Overview
Are you a licensed Occupational Therapist eager to make a meaningful difference without the daily commute? Join our dynamic virtual team and provide essential therapy services to K12 students across Wisconsin all from the comfort of your own home. This fully remote role empowers you to support students in developing independence, confidence, and vital skills to succeed both inside and outside the classroom. Through our secure, cutting-edge teletherapy platform, youll collaborate closely with educators and families, delivering personalized care with flexibility and convenience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, individualized occupational therapy sessions that directly support students IEP goals

• Design, implement, and refine treatment plans tailored to each students unique motor, sensory, and functional needs

• Partner regularly with special education teams, classroom teachers, and families to provide comprehensive student support

• Actively contribute clinical expertise in virtual IEP meetings to help guide student progress and success

• Monitor and document student outcomes meticulously, adjusting approaches based on data and feedback

• Ensure all therapy services and documentation comply with Wisconsins educational standards and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

• Current, active Wisconsin Occupational Therapy license

• Minimum of two years experience in pediatric or school-based therapy preferred

• Proficient in developing IEP goals, therapy plans, and progress reporting

• Comfortable using teletherapy technology and digital communication tools

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

• Self-motivated and capable of managing a remote caseload independently

Technology Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Desktop or laptop computer (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported)

• Successful completion of a brief technical screening to ensure platform compatibility
