Part-Time Occupational Therapist School Setting in Framingham, MA

This part-time position offers an opportunity to provide occupational therapy services in a K-12 school setting, focusing on a diverse caseload of children and adolescents aged 3 to 19 years who are deaf or hard of hearing. Beginning in July, this role will continue through the 2025/2026 school year, with a commitment of 12-18 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and provide supportive interventions primarily for students who are deaf or hard of hearing
  • Collaborate with school staff, families, and other professionals to develop and implement tailored therapy plans
  • Assist in monitoring student progress and adjust therapies as needed

Qualifications:

  • Active Massachusetts OT license required
  • Prefer 1-2 years of school-based occupational therapy experience
  • Experience working with a diverse pediatric population, particularly in educational or home health settings
  • ASL experience preferred; willingness to learn ASL through provided school lessons
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
