Direct Hire Physical Therapist Role $79,000-$93,600 per year in Manchester Township, New Jersey

Clinical Magnet is looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join one of Skilled Nursing Facility partners in Central New Jersey.

This is a direct hire opportunity.

• Provide Physical Therapy services to the facility's residents utilizing best practices in accordance with the Federal, State, and facility specific standards

• Conduct patient evaluations, regular screenings, and developing treatment plans for residents who have been referred to the rehab department to determine if they are eligible for services.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited University

• Must have an active NJ Physical Therapy License in good standing

• Minimum of 2 years' experience within the LTC/SNF treating adult and senior patients

• Experience in Aquatic Rehab is a plus
