Job Overview:
Sunbelt Staffing is actively seeking passionate and skilled School-Based Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team in Belmont, NC. In this vital role, you will assess and provide therapy to students with speech and language disorders, fostering their communication skills in a supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop tailored Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Provide direct therapy services, monitoring and documenting student progress.
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff to implement targeted strategies for student success.
• Provide training and resources to teachers and staff on speech and language best practices.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop cohesive intervention strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state licensure and ASHA certification.
• Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
