We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our school team! This position offers full-time hours, with a flexible caseload of students who benefit from supportive, individualized therapy services within the school setting.
Responsibilities:
Assess students fine motor, sensory, and functional needs
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
Provide direct therapy and consult with teachers and staff
Monitor progress and maintain documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
Active state OT license (or eligibility)
School or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
