We are seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support students ages 522 in a specialized outplacement school for the 20252026 school year.

Position Details:

• Start Date: August 21, 2025

• End Date: June 13, 2026

• Hours: 37.5 hours/week

• Caseload: Ages 522, students with severe disabilities from 40+ school districts

• Setting: Student services school with multiple buildings (elementary, middle, high school, and vocational)

• ESY: This position can continue into the summer (ESY) please ensure candidates are aware

Population Served:
Students with a range of disabilities, primarily Autism Spectrum Disorder. Common challenges include non-verbal communication, stimming, physical/behavioral aggression, and toileting.

Support Model:
Collaborative, multidisciplinary team including SLPs, OTs, PTs, social workers, BCBAs, and 1:1 paraeducators.

Requirements:

• Active Connecticut SLP license

• SLP-CCC required

• Prior experience working with complex student needs is essential

• Comfortable working with a year-round model and multidisciplinary team
