We're seeking a dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Aitkin, Minnesota. In this full-time role, you'll assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders in a collaborative school-based setting to support their academic success. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in individual and small group settings Maintain accurate documentation and student progress reports Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student learning and participation Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply School-based experience preferred but not required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team Benefits: Competitive weekly pay (W-2) Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) plan with company match CEU reimbursement Professional development and growth opportunities How to Apply:
