Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Graham, NC

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our K-12 public charter school. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children and/or adults.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor and document student progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals
• Provide counseling and support to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate records and comply with regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure or certification
• Experience working with diverse populations and age groups
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
