As a Physical Therapist at On With Life, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals with complex neurological conditions regain independence and quality of life.
Position Highlights
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, between 8:00am-5:00pm.
- Hours: 40/week
- Location: Outpatient Clinic (Ankeny, IA)

Physical Therapist Duties:
- Provide assessments and advanced services for persons with brain injury or other neurological disorders.
- Create and implement personalized intervention plans addressing motor function, mobility, cognitive skills, psychosocial skills, and positioning.
- Assist in the review of rehabilitation plans and make recommendations.
- Provide education and support to persons served and families.
- Assist in the education and training of staff on interventions to be performed outside of direct therapeutic treatment time
Qualified applicants must have:
- Active Iowa Physical Therapy License (required)
- Ability to maintain CPR certification
