Sunbelt Staffing is actively hiring multiple Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support a school district in Gastonia, North Carolina for the 20252026 school year . We are seeking passionate and qualified clinicians who are eager to make a difference in the lives of students across a variety of grade levels.

? Location: Gastonia, NC
? School Year: 20252026
? Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
? Settings: Elementary, middle, and high schools

Position Details:

• Manage a caseload of students with speech and language needs

• Provide direct therapy, evaluations, and contribute to IEP development

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals

• Opportunities for placement based on preference and experience

• Strong district support and team-oriented environment

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active North Carolina SLP license (or eligibility prior to start date)

• ASHA CCCs preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply

• Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required
