Manchester School District is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to help students build the communication skills they need to thrive in school and beyond. Join a team committed to making a meaningful impact in every classroom.

About This Role:
As an SLP, you will evaluate student needs, develop personalized therapy plans, and deliver interventions that promote clarity and confidence in communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and document findings

  • Design and deliver therapy plans aligned with IEP goals and student strengths

  • Provide intervention for articulation, fluency, receptive/expressive language, and pragmatic skills

  • Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to monitor progress

  • Participate in IEP meetings to offer insights and recommendations

  • Maintain accurate records to meet district and state standards

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active New Hampshire SLP License

  • New Hampshire DOE Certification for school-based services

  • ASHA CCC preferred

  • School or pediatric experience strongly valued

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills

Position Details:

  • Type: Full-time, onsite

  • Schedule: MondayFriday during regular school hours

  • Caseload: K12 students (assignments determined by district priorities)
