Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to support our physical therapists in providing top-quality care. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans developed by physical therapists to assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals

• Instruct and guide patients through exercises and therapeutic activities

• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting observations to the supervising physical therapist

• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and strategies to facilitate ongoing improvement

• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring equipment is properly sanitized and stored

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Current South Carolina PTA license or eligibility to obtain licensure

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment

• Prior experience in an outpatient setting is preferred but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply
