Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive K12 school district in Elgin, IL for the 20252026 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse student population and make a meaningful impact on communication and academic success.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to K12 students
• Conduct bilingual evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support English Language Learners (ELLs) with speech/language needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Illinois SLP license (IDFPR)
• Professional Educator License (PEL) with appropriate endorsement
• Bilingual in Spanish and English encouraged to apply
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required
