Schedule: Set your on schedule. Hybrid access for some work from home! weekends/year in acute care required.

Job Summary:

Manitowoc, 0.9 FTE, Hybrid, flexible self made schedule, Pediatrics, a few weekends/year in acute care required.

Evaluates and treats all referred occupational therapy patients according to physicians orders.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

A minimum of 2 years occupational therapy experience is preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program is required (unless grandfathered in under Bachelors degree).

LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:

Wisconsin state license or eligible as a Occupational Therapist is required. If eligible, must obtain license within 3 months of hire. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 30 days of hire.
