Key Responsibilities Lead engaging, individualized occupational therapy sessions that directly support students' IEP goals Design, implement, and refine treatment plans tailored to each student's unique motor, sensory, and functional needs Partner regularly with special education teams, classroom teachers, and families to provide comprehensive student support Actively contribute clinical expertise in virtual IEP meetings to help guide student progress and success Monitor and document student outcomes meticulously, adjusting approaches based on data and feedback Ensure all therapy services and documentation comply with Maryland's educational standards and regulations Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Current, active Maryland Occupational Therapy license Minimum of two years experience in pediatric or school-based therapy preferred Proficient in developing IEP goals, therapy plans, and progress reporting Comfortable using teletherapy technology and digital communication tools Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated and capable of managing a remote caseload independently Technology Requirements Reliable high-speed internet connection Desktop or laptop computer (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported) Successful completion of a brief technical screening to ensure platform compatibility Ready to Apply?
