Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - School-Based Profession: Therapy / Rehabilitation Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist - K-12 Location: Conway, SC 29526 Duration: Full Academic Year (42 Weeks) Shift: Day - 5x7.5-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM - 2:30 PM) Schedule Type: Monday to Friday, Full-Time (37.5 hours/week) Block Scheduling: Not guaranteed Position Overview: A school district is seeking passionate and qualified Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a large and collaborative therapy team for the 2025-2026 school year . Openings are available across K-12 grade levels , with specific placements determined in the summer. This is a full-time opportunity offering a supportive environment and clinical supervision for new graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship (CFY). Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations for K-12 students Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide direct therapy services and consult with teachers and families Document student progress and maintain compliance with district and state standards Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration Adapt services to meet the individual needs of a diverse student population Qualifications: Hold (or be in the process of obtaining) a valid South Carolina SLP license Must also hold or be eligible for a South Carolina educator certificate Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) - district provides supervision Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team setting Flexibility to work with various student populations across grade levels Program Details: Academic Year Coverage: August 7, 2025 - June 5, 2026 Full-Time Schedule: 37.5 hours/week Team Size: Join a collaborative staff of over 50 SLPs Placement: Final site assignments determined closer to the school year start
