TITLE : Physical Therapist DEPARTMENT : Health \n

CLASSIFICATION : Exempt \n

\n

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : \n

\n

• Conduct physical therapy assessments to develop individual treatment plans \n
• Hands-on therapy and exercises to promote mobility, pain relief, strength, balance, and prevent disability \n
• Provide education and instructions to patients, care givers, and families for treatment plans and home care \n
• Establishing home exercise programs to ensure patient progress in treatment plan \n
• Set functional, measurable goals and modify therapy based on patient progress \n
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to meet patient needs \n
• Work with other medical staff for coordination of care \n
• Electronic record charting for continuity of care \n
• Clinical and administrative supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants \n
• Delegate and supervise responsibilities assigned to Physical Therapy Assistants \n
• Participates in operational aspects of the department and maintains department performance \n
• Clean and maintain daily equipment and seek service when needed \n
• Other duties as assigned. \n \n

REQUIREMENTS: \n

\n

• Must possess DPT from an accredited institution \n
• Prefer 2 years of experience in private or clinical practice \n
• Proficient in physical therapy techniques and modalities \n
• Understanding of orthopedic and pediatric conditions \n
• Compliance with all licensing standards \n
• Must have current BLS certification or able to obtain within 3 months of hire \n
• Must submit and pass a federal background check. \n
• Prefer experience working with Native American populations. \n
• Comply with all HIPAA and privacy standards \n \n

• Annual Salary Range: $90,230.40 - $128,544.00 \n ","
