Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in San Rafael, California for the 2025-2026 school year . This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse student population across all grade levels, providing essential speech and language support. Position Details: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday Serving students from Kindergarten through 12th grade Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students with various communication needs Conduct comprehensive assessments and participate in IEP development and progress monitoring Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements Participate in professional development opportunities and team meetings Qualifications: Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license (required) Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech-language therapy Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a school setting Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Commitment to supporting diverse learners and inclusive educational environments
