Soliant is seeking a full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a school district in the 21015 area. This role begins as a short-term FMLA coverage and will transition into a new placement within the district once the original employee returns. The caseload will vary by semester and may include both elementary and secondary populations. Assignment Breakdown: Aug-Oct: Elementary (4 days/week at one site, 1 day/week at another) Nov-Feb: Secondary (4 days/week at one middle school, 1 day/week at a high school) Mar-Jun: To be determined Responsibilities: Provide therapy to a range of age groups Conduct evaluations and implement IEP goals Collaborate with school staff and families Transition seamlessly between assignments as needed Requirements: Active Maryland SLP license School-based experience preferred Must be able to work fully on-site To Apply or Inquire:
