Description

The Physical Therapist functions under the general supervision of the rehabilitation leadership team and the department director. The Physical Therapist assumes responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients/clients and provides physical therapy evaluations and treatments in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accredited Physical Therapy Program

  • Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License

  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

  • Specialized physical therapy training or experience to meet a particular department need may be required.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's Degree Accredited Physical Therapy Program

  • Ph.D. in Accredited Physical Therapy Program
