Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Silverdale, WA
Employment Type: Full-time, in-person only
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
Contract Dates: 2025/2026 School Year

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide in-person services to students in the Silverdale, WA area for the 2025/2026 school year. This role supports students across multiple campuses and includes COTA support.

• Caseload up to 60 students, currently expected in the mid-50s

• Services provided at either:
  Two schools (elementary + middle school)
  Or three schools (two smaller elementary schools + middle school)

• Middle school students are typically seen 12 times per month based on workload rather than caseload

• 1.5+ days per week of COTA support

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans targeting fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills

• Provide direct therapy services to students across assigned schools

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into educational activities

• Supervise and coordinate with COTA for effective service delivery

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy

• Active Washington OT license

• School-based experience preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
