This SLP Samaritan Position is responsible to provide the following service lines\:
Pediatric and Adult OP
Adult IP
Modified Barium Swallow Studies
Position covers both Samaritan Medical Center and Samaritan Rehabilitation Services OP Clinic
Organizes and conducts defined portions of the Speech Language Pathology to facilitate the habilitation or rehabilitation of people with speech, language, cognitive linguistic, psychosocial, and swallowing disabilities. Directs patient participation in selected activities to establish, enhance, and restore speech, language, cognitive linguistic, psychosocial, and swallowing abilities or compensate for their loss. Patient evaluation, treatment planning, discharge planning. Patient treatment. Documentation.
