Shift : Days, 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40hours per week
Length : 13 weeks

Requirements:

• FL License
• 2 Years experience
• BLS

Other Details:

• Documentation system: Meditech
• Floating policy: primary in IP Rehab unit
• Number of Beds : 42
• Type of equipment : Therapy equipment
• Patient Experience requirements: minimum 6 months acute care, SNF or IP Rehab unit
• Procedures performed on unit: 1:1 therapy
