The role is based in Sidney, OH, and requires delivering specialized OT support to PreK-12 students throughout the academic year on a contract basis. Qualified candidates must hold, or be eligible to obtain, a valid State Board of Education Pupil Services Permit as well as a current Ohio Professional Board license. Experience working in home health, healthcare, and school OT settings is highly valuable for this role. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students PreK through 12th grade. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and educational goals.
