Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract This full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) position provides services within a K-12 school setting for the 25/26 school year. The role is based in Sidney, OH, and requires delivering specialized OT support to PreK-12 students throughout the academic year on a contract basis. Qualified candidates must hold, or be eligible to obtain, a valid State Board of Education Pupil Services Permit as well as a current Ohio Professional Board license. Experience working in home health, healthcare, and school OT settings is highly valuable for this role. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students PreK through 12th grade. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and educational goals. Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress. Document services, maintain accurate records, and comply with school policies and licensure requirements. Conduct evaluations and participate in student IEP meetings as needed. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Ohio Professional Board license for Occupational Therapy. State Board of Education Pupil Services Permit or ability to obtain.
