Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A vibrant elementary school in Westerville, OH, is seeking two Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the upcoming school year contract from August 14, 2025, through May 29, 2026. This full-time position offers a schedule of 37.5 hours per week, five days a week, providing support for a diverse caseload of students within a structured workload model. Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students following individualized education plans. Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities. Conduct assessments and maintain detailed documentation of student progress. Utilize augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices as needed to support student communication. Participate in meetings and professional development sessions as required. Qualifications and Experience: Current Ohio Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) and Department of Education certifications. Credentials including Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred. Experience in pediatric and school-based speech therapy settings, including clinical fellowship year (CFY) completion. Knowledge of AAC devices is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and collaboration skills essential for working within a multidisciplinary team.
