Soliant has an opening for a contracted Speech Language Pathologist in the Rockville, Maryland area. This position is for the 2025-2026 School Year. Soliant offers Weekly Pay, guaranteed hours, and an exceptional Health Benefits & 401k package.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Maryland.

• Masters in Speech Language Pathology or a related field.

• School experience is preferred but not required.

Skills & Abilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy services to improve communication, cognitive-communication, and social skills across diverse age groups.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success and carry over skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with legal and ethical standards, including IDEA and HIPAA regulations.
