Location: New London, New Hampshire Area

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Standard School Hours)

Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) looking for a rewarding Full time role for the upcoming school year? We are actively seeking a dynamic SLPA to join our supportive team in the New London, New Hampshire area. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on students& communication development, working primarily with an elementary caseload.

You will play a crucial role in providing essential speech and language services, working alongside a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who will provide guidance and supervision. This collaborative environment is ideal for an SLPA eager to grow their skills and contribute to a positive learning experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP for an elementary caseload.

Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or small group settings, under the supervision of a licensed SLP.

Assist the supervising SLP with screenings, assessments, and data collection.

Prepare therapy materials and maintain an organized therapy environment.

Document student progress and therapy activities accurately and timely, as guided by the supervising SLP and school guidelines.

Collaborate effectively with the supervising SLP, teachers, and other school staff to support student communication goals within the school setting.

Adhere to all ethical guidelines and scope of practice for Speech-Language Pathology Assistants.

Qualifications

Must hold active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) certification/licensure in the state of New Hampshire is REQUIRED.

Associate&s or Bachelor&s degree in an SLPA program or equivalent coursework as required by NH state regulations.

Prior experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting is desirable.

Strong understanding of communication development and intervention strategies for elementary students.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate within a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

A genuine commitment to fostering inclusive educational environments and empowering students to reach their full communication potential.
