Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Point Pleasant, WV

Setting: Hospital-Based Outpatient Therapy

Start Date: 7/28/25

Openings: 2 Positions

Shift: Days | 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)

Pay Package: $2,459/week ($1,080 taxable + $1,379 nontaxable)

We are seeking dedicated Physical Therapists to join a hospital-based outpatient rehab team in Point Pleasant, WV. In this role, you'll help patients recover from injuries, illnesses, or disabilities by developing and implementing customized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, reducing pain, and restoring function.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans

Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, e-stim)

Educate patients and families on rehabilitation and prevention

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Document patient progress accurately and timely

Support swing bed/inpatient therapy as needed
