Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity - New Orleans, LA Soliant Health is currently seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support a school district in New Orleans, Louisiana for the 2025-2026 school year. This onsite role will serve a PreK-8th grade caseload and will require a 37.5-hour workweek. The assignment runs from August 7, 2025, through May 21, 2026. Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy services to students in PreK through 8th grade Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and communication needs Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student development Maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with district guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input on student needs Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Louisiana SLP license or ability to obtain before the start date ASHA certification (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows may be considered Experience working with PreK-8th grade students is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Availability to work full-time for the duration of the assignment: 8/7/25 - 5/21/26 Feel free to contact me with any questions regarding this position, or any other positions you see on the Soliant Health website.
