Position Description : Protingent Staffing has an exciting direct hire opportunity for Speech Language Pathologist with our client that is located in Paducah, KY.

Job Description:

• As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a key role in a collaborative and supportive settingassessing, diagnosing, and treating children with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders using your clinical expertise.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized therapy to pediatric patients with speech delays, language disorders, articulation issues, and other communication challenges.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans focused on enhancing children's communication and swallowing skills.
• Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes for each child.

Job Requirements :

• Education: A graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• License: An active or eligible state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Experience: New grads are welcome! Outpatient experience is a plus, but we value passion and commitment to patient care.

• Salary Range: $75K-$80K
• Location: Paducah, KY.
