Job Description


A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available within a K-12 educational setting located in Andover, MN. This contract position is designed for the upcoming school year and provides the chance to support students across elementary, middle, and high school levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations for students with communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain detailed and compliant documentation and progress reports.
  • Participate in school team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary intervention plans.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion, or School-Based SLP certification.
  • Experience working with children in a school environment, preferably K-12.
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills in speech-language therapy.
  • Knowledge of educational regulations and Individualized Education Plans (IEP).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
