School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Summary

Honeybee Speech is a woman-owned private practice proudly serving the Imperial Valley community. We provide high-quality, child-centered speech and language therapy with a focus on collaboration, compassion, and meaningful outcomes. As part of our continued growth, we are excited to be expanding our services to support local school districts with on-site speech-language pathology services.

We're looking for a passionate and experienced School-Based SLP to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. If you're seeking a role where your expertise is respected, your workload is manageable, and your impact is valued, then this is the position for you!

Job Description:

* Provide direct therapy to students with communication disorders

* Conduct assessments and interpret results

* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)

* Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams

* Document progress and participate in IEP meetings

Requirements / Qualifications

* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

* Active California SLP license

* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

* Minimum of 1 year of school-based experience
