Shift: Days / 7a-5p, 104, 40hrs per week, Weekend Hours: Yes

Requirements:

• OK License
• 2+ Years Experience
• Acute care experience
• BLS

Oher Details:

• Provides patient care by organizing and conducting medically prescribed programs in order to achieve maximum potential. Displays treatment skills practicing within the scope of Oklahoma Practice Act and in compliance with all rules and regulations with National Board and governing bodies
• EMR: EPIC
• Patient Ratios: 1:1
