We are seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive and student-centered school district. As a member of the special education team, youll play a vital role in helping students with communication challenges reach their full potential.
This full-time, onsite role involves direct therapy, evaluations, documentation, and collaboration with educators, families, and IEP teams.
Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy services to students (K12)
Conduct speech, language, fluency, and voice assessments
Develop and implement treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
Maintain accurate, timely records and progress reports
Support general education staff with strategies to promote communication in the classroom
Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Massachusetts SLP License
ASHA CCC or CFY candidates welcome to apply
Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and documentation skills
Passion for working with school-aged children
