School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Puyallup, WA

Join a supportive special education team as a contract SLP in Puyallup, WA. This full-time contract role for the 20252026 school year involves working across two school sites with students ranging from preschool through high school.

Start/End Date : August 2025 June 2026
Hours : Full-time, 37.5 hours/week
Caseload : Students ages PreK12, typically assigned to 2 schools

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments

• Write and manage student IEP goals and documentation

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services

• Participate in IEP and student support meetings

• Consult and collaborate with general/special education staff

• Support early identification for preschoolers

• Maintain organized records and reports

• Adhere to IDEA, Washington State, and district policies

Qualifications :

• Masters in SLP or Communication Sciences

• WA ESA Certificate in SLP required

• CCC-SLP preferred

• Pediatric or school experience strongly encouraged
